Peach Cinnamon Smoothie

Spread the love

A creamy, naturally sweet smoothie that combines juicy peaches, protein-rich Greek yogurt, and warm cinnamon. It’s refreshing, satisfying, and designed with blood-sugar-conscious eating in mind.

  • 1 medium fresh peach, pitted and sliced
  • ½ cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop unsweetened vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Step 1: Preparing the peach

Wash, pit, and slice the peach. Keep the skin on for additional fiber if desired.

Step 2: Add the ingredients

Add the peach, Greek yogurt, almond milk, protein powder, chia seeds, cinnamon, vanilla, and ice to a blender.

Step 3: Blend until smooth

Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy. Add a little water if needed.

Step 4 : Taste & serve

Pour into a glass and sprinkle a small pinch of cinnamon on top. Serve immediately.

  • Peaches have a low-to-moderate glycemic index, but the overall blood-sugar impact of the smoothie is moderated by pairing the fruit with protein, fat, and fiber from Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and almond milk.
  • Choose unsweetened almond milk and Greek yogurt.
  • Chia seeds contribute fiber, fat, and protein, helping slow digestion.
  • Keep the peach to one medium serving rather than adding multiple fruits.

  • Keep the recipe to one serving rather than drinking a large smoothie.
  • For tighter carbohydrate control, use ½–¾ of a peach and increase ice or Greek yogurt.
  • Pair with a small handful of nuts if this is replacing a meal and you need additional satiety.
