A refreshing, nutrient-dense smoothie packed with antioxidants, fiber, and protein—perfect for a quick breakfast or post-workout boost. Creamy, slightly sweet, and energizing without spiking blood sugar.


  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries – fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop protein powder (whey or plant-based, unsweetened preferred)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • ½ small banana (optional, for natural sweetness)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for thickness)

Step 1: Prep ingredients


Wash fresh berries or measure frozen ones. Soak chia seeds in 2–3 tbsp water for 5–10 minutes (optional for better digestion).

Step 2: Add to blender


Combine berries, chia seeds, protein powder, almond milk, banana, and cinnamon.

Step 3: Blend until smooth


Blend for 30–60 seconds until creamy and well combined.

Step 4 : Adjust consistency


Add more milk if too thick or ice cubes for a chilled texture.

Step 5: Serve immediately
