Almond Flour Chocolate Cake (Sugar-Free)

A rich, moist, and deeply chocolatey cake that feels indulgent—but is completely sugar-free and low in carbs. Made with almond flour and natural sweeteners, this guilt-free dessert is perfect for satisfying cravings while keeping blood sugar in check.


  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup sugar-free sweetener (erythritol/stevia blend)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: ¼ cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips

Step 1: Preheat & Prepare

Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F). Grease or line a small cake pan (8-inch).

Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients

In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.

Step 3: Combine Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, beat eggs, then mix in melted butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract.

Step 4 : Make Batter

Slowly combine wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Mix until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips if using.

Step 5: Bake

Pour batter into the pan and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Step 6: Cool & Serve

Let the cake cool for at least 10–15 minutes before slicing.
