  • ¾ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4–5 ice cubes
  • Optional: a few drops of stevia or monk fruit sweetener

Step 1: Adding the ingredients

Place blueberries, Greek yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and cinnamon into a blender

Step 2: Blending

Blend on high for 30–60 seconds, until smooth and creamy.

Step 3: Adjusting the consistency

Add a little more almond milk if you prefer a thinner smoothie. Add extra ice for a thicker, colder texture.

Step 4 : Taste & adjust

Taste before adding any sweetener. If needed, add a small amount of stevia or monk fruit.

Step 5 : Serving

Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. For extra texture, sprinkle a small amount of chia seeds on top.
